Currently, we are only delivering to locations within 5km radius of the hotel. Should you wish to deliver your orders to multiple locations, please place your orders separately.

Delivery Hours: 12:00 pm – 7:00 pm daily
Above 5km from the hotel
It is not possible to deliver merchandise to locations outside the stipulated delivery range.
You may opt for:
- Self-collection
- Arrange on your own accord with a delivery partner such as Grab Delivery or Lalamove
Remarks
Delivery may be delayed during unforeseen weather conditions, traffic or situations beyond our control. In this event, we will contact you via telephone or WhatsApp message to arrange an alternative delivery time.
Self-Collection
Orders may be collected at One World Hotel Petaling Jaya’s Concierge counter in the lobby.
You will be notified via telephone or WhatsApp message when the order is ready for collection.
No minimum order is required for self-collection.
